It is a very well-equipped hotel with new and clean facilities. We really liked the treatment of the employees, they were friendly at all times and we were even able to check in a little earlier than the established time. The breakfast is varied: fresh bread and pastries, an omelette and pancake station, fruits and coffee, very good. The location couldn't be better, it is right next to the train station and the pool area overlooks the beach so it couldn't be more convenient. The cleanliness of the rooms is impeccable. I recommend this hotel.
Es un hotel muy bien equipado con instalaciones nuevas y limpias. Nos gustó mucho el trato de los empleados, fueron amables en todo momento e incluso pudimos hacer el check in un poco antes de la hora establecida. El desayuno es variado: panes y bollería fresquita, una estación de omelettes y tortitas, frutas y café, muy bien. La ubicación mejor imposible, queda justo al lado de la estación de tren y la zona de la piscina da a la playa así que más cómodo imposible. La limpieza de las habitaciones impecable. Recomiendo este hotel
It is not an improvement aspect but just an observation for future travellers. The hotel is family-friendly and there are many children playing in the pool as is common. The spa is closed for the summer season so if you are looking for something more for adults or a "relaxation" plan, perhaps another option would be better.
No es un aspecto de mejora solo una observación para futuros viajeros. El hotel es familiar y hay muchos niños en la piscina jugando como es común, El spa está cerrado por temporada de verano así que si buscáis algo más para adultos o plan de “relajación” quizás sería mejor otra opción.

Nos sentimos engañados comida escasa, las habitaciones poca igienes solo entraban estimaban las sabanas cambiaban las toallas variaban la papelera pero no barriga ni por asomo, Lugo el último día teníamos pensión completa y como cerraba el otro la comida nos dieron una bolsa con un sanwghisch una galletas un agua y si tienes suerte una fruta y sin avisar de que cerrará el restaurante. Nos enteramos gracias a un camarero que le pedí una botella de vino y le dije pon le el número de habitación para mañana en la comida volverla a usar y halos 10 minutos me dijo que me llevase la botella que el restaurante estará cerrado

Pese a estar prohibido jugar a pelota en la piscina dejan 2 porterías en la zona que no cubre para que los adolescentes y no tan adolescentes jueguen como locos no dejando disfrutar del baño a los niños más pequeños y como tampoco hay socorrista nadie se encarga de controlar esto , tampoco se pueden reservar hamacas y solo un día pudimos coger una hamaca y en la piscina no había más de 20 personas pero eso sí todas las hamacas con toallas reservando tampoco hay nadie que controle eso .
Los únicos 2 ascensores que hay en hora punta de cena imposible coger uno .
