As a first negative point, the bedrooms: old, dirty feeling, it does not look like a room of a 4 star hotel (standard double).
Cleanliness: the cleanliness of the bedrooms was quite mediocre, they did not change the towels, and worse, they did not even leave them on ..... In general, a very "above average" cleanliness.
General maintenance very bad. Both pool, lawn and facilities in general.
In our opinion, it does not deserve the 4 stars.
Como primer punto negativo, las habitaciones: antiguas, sensación de suciedad, no parece una habitación de un hotel de 4 estrellas (doble estándar).
Limpieza: bastante mediocre la limpieza de las habitaciones, no cambiaban las toallas, y lo peor, si quiera te las dejaban colocadas.... En general, una limpieza muy "por encima".
Mantenimiento general muy malo. Tanto de piscina, césped como de instalaciones en general.
En nuestra opinión, no se merece las 4 estrellas.

The hotel room is very old although in the offer the hotel is advertised with a 4 star range, when we arrived at the facilities we were given the oldest bedrooms, the sea views were left in a smoke outlet of the kitchen. As soon as you asked for something a little better you had to pay more money.

I liked the restaurant: lots of variety of dishes, rich in flavor, and pleasant waiters.

I didn't like that when I arrived at reception and asked for the type of room I had been assigned, they told me with total tranquility that since it was an economic price through Buscounchollo, you would get a standard room, one of the ones that are not renovated and with wonderful views of the car park lot (the "wonderful" is my own). At least they could have been more diplomatic.
I also didn't like the fact that they don't ask you to sign for the drinks you consume in the restaurant. In my case there were no problems and the bill was fine, but if there is a mistake, you can't complain.
No me ha gustado que al llegar a recepción y preguntar por el tipo de habitación que me han asignado, te digan con total tranquilidad que al ser un precio económico a través de Buscounchollo, te corresponde una habitación estándar, de las que no están reformadas y con maravillosas vistas al parking. (Lo de "maravillosas" es mío propio). Al menos podrían haber sido más diplomáticos.
Tampoco me gustó que no te piden firmar las bebidas que consumes del restaurante. En mi caso no hubo problemas y estaba bien la cuenta, pero si hay un error, no podrás reclamar.

No problem in the hammocks of the swimming pools, the kids loved the pools, both the warmest and the one with the jets.

La comodidad de las camas y que no se oía nada de nada.
La cómida estaba buenísima con variedad para los niños.
Al principio me agobié por el tema del aparcamiento, porque no había en el hotel, pero más tarde o mas temprano fuera aparcas, además es un barrio que tiene muchas urbanizaciones, me pareció seguro.
Sin problema en las hamacas de la piscinas, a los peques les encantaron las piscinas, tanto la más calentita como la de los chorros.

Best of all we were given a room with a view, we had the promenade in front of the room. The only thing missing was a thermometer on arrival. There was disinfectant gel in many parts of the hotel and in the dining room there were disposable gloves to touch the food tongs.
