They responded quickly when I explained that my locker wasn't working. They changed the batteries and had it up and running again in no time.
Late check out wasn't available, where it seemed to have been possible in the days leading up, though the hotel didn't seem that busy.

From the very first minute, we were warmly welcomed by the reception staff. The entire hotel staff was generally excellent. The breakfast had a wide variety and quality, one of the most comprehensive we've ever had. A very positive point was that we could have breakfast until 12 noon. The room was clean and the amenities were top-quality. If you like to party, this location is ideal.
Desde el minuto uno fuimos muy bien recepcionados por el personal de receepción, en general todo el personal del hotel tiene un trato excelente. El desayuno tenía muchisima variedad y calidad, uno de los más completos que hemos probado. Un punto muy positivo era que podiamos desayunar hasta las 12h. La habitación estaba limpia y los ammenities eran de calidad. Si te gusta la fiesta la ubicación es ideal.
There was no air conditioning in the room, but the ceiling fan was sufficient for mild nights. Car Park was tricky; the hotel's car park lot was full, and the closest ones were expensive.
No habia aire acondicionado en la habitación pero el ventilador de techo es suficiente para noches no muy calurosas. El tema de aparcamiento es complicado, en el que es del hotel no tenian plazas y los mas cercanos tienen un precio elevado.

The treatment that the staff gave us was excellent, the location unbeatable, the hotel is great and the Avana club allows you to relax and unwind without discomfort. The breakfast buffet is huge, I can't comment on the rest of the restaurants because we didn't eat there, but seeing the quality of the breakfast, I'm sure everything will be great! Without a doubt, we will repeat. Thank you very much to all!
El trato que nos dió el personal fue excelente, la ubicacion inmejorable, el hotel esta genial y el Avana club te permite relajarte y desconectar sin molestias.
El buffet del desayuno es enorme, del resto de restaurantes no puedo opinaf porque no comimos allí, pero viendo ña calidad del desayuno seguro que estara todo buenisimo!
Sin duda, repetiremos.

Muy buen trato con todo el personal mucha variedad de comida sin faltar de nada en ningún momento ya que continuamente estaban reponiendo, las camareras excepcionales unas grandes profesionales con mucha rapidez y educación.
El tema de la limpieza de las habitaciones es de calidad media baja ya que apenas si barrían las camas bastante mal hechas y de las tres noches solamente una cambiaron las toallas del baño Y además únicamente el primer día habían dos sobrecitos con jabón para ducharse y ninguno otro día lo pusieron ningún otro con lo que tuve que ir al supermercado a comprarme gel de baño.
