Hire a double room at the hotel as stated in the booking with a photo of a room. When I arrived they gave me an old rural villa outside the hotel. At the hotel they showed me what you sent them where it was written rural villa 2 people. We see the booking page is a scam since with the photo and details of the room and hotel, WiFi, etc. it does not correspond at all with what you sent to the hotel and with what I contracted, nowhere does it say house or rural villa . It's a shame that they don't have it well on the page, since the villa has a kitchen, patio, sofa bed, etc. And there is no option from their page to hire this or photos of it. Therefore I wanted to file a complaint for offering a service different from reality. I am waiting for you to send it or indicate how to process it. Thank you. Good day

Buenos días Este mensaje es para informar lo dicho por tfl Contrate una habitación doble en el hotel como bien dice la reserva con foto de una habitación . Cuando llegue me dieron una villa rural antigua fuera del hotel. En el hotel me enseñaron lo que les enviaron ustedes donde estaba escrito villa rural 2 personas. Vemos la página de la reserva es una estafa ya que con foto y detalles de la habitación y hotel, WiFi etc no se corresponde en nada con lo que enviaron ustedes al hotel y con lo contratado por mi, en ningún sitio pone casa o villa rural. Una lástima que no lo tengan bien en la página, ya que la villa tiene cocina patio sofá cama etc. Y no hay opción desde su página a contratar esto ni fotos de ello. Por tanto quería poner una reclamación por ofrecer un servicio distinto a la realidad. Quedo a la espera lo envíen o indiquen como cursarlo. Gracias. Buen dia
