Catalina

Catalina is a two-storey country house that has managed to retain the traditional charm of the countryside. The ground floor offers a spacious kitchen separated from the dining room with a table and chairs as well as a spacious and light-filled dining/living room with a fireplace and double doors opening onto the terrace and pool area. On this floor there are three bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with two single beds pushed together - each with an en-suite shower. The third bedroom has a double bed. There is also a separate bathroom with a shower. Through an internal staircase we access the first floor that offers a large bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. This bedroom enjoys a large balcony with magnificent views of the surroundings and the pool area. This country house is surrounded by gardens containing a variety of olive and fruit trees. On the terrace with magnificent views of the surroundings there is a table with chairs where you can enjoy a pleasant meal. Its beautiful L-shaped pool (7.85mx 3.85m) with built-in steps is surrounded by a spacious terrace with sun loungers where you can sunbathe. The house also offers a built-in barbecue and a large garden with grass.
