Lovely hotel with large pool in front of the sea. Friendly staff and animation team.
The hotel is situated with other hotels at the far end of Mojácar playa and apart from getting on the bus the only restaurants are 2 churingitos on the beach.

More or less as expected. They're going to do some work. I hope they'll add more storage space in the rooms for clothes and other items they bring, and they'll make the pool bigger. They should add another bar with food for when they close.

There's not much room to leave our clothes, bikinis, and everything else. For a stay of at least 8 or 10 days, more space would be needed. The pool needs to be enlarged or another one built for swimming and for the jacuzzi to work.

The hotel is very run-down and old. Housekeeping is terrible, especially in the room. The dishes, cutlery, and glassware were filthy throughout the stay, and the seven days we were there, they had food remnants and lipstick marks on them... it was disgusting. The pool loungers are never cleaned and are covered in bird droppings, of which there are dozens. The umbrellas are all broken. I would never return, nor would I recommend it.

La limpieza es nefasta, muy mala en la habitación.
La vajilla, cubiertos y cristalería muy sucios en todos los turnos y los 7 días q hemos estado con restos d comida, con marcas de pintalabios .....daba mucho asco.
Las tumbonas de la piscina no se limpian jamás y están llenas de excrementos de los pájaros q hay decenas de ellos. Las sombrillas están todas rotas.
No volvería ni lo recomendaría nunca.

Overall, the hotel offers good value for money. We would definitely stay here again. The buffet is varied and themed at night, the pool is good, the entertainment is varied, the room is spacious... The new water slide area is spectacular. We were very happy with our holiday.

These are just some things that could be improved, but we were pleased: There were leaks in our room, and despite reporting them, they didn't fix them. We saw more leaks in various main areas of the hotel. There were quite a few hairs in the pool water that got caught in your skin. As is common at buffets, they sometimes use certain foods from the previous day for another meal the following day. They don't have a snack buffet or multiple drinks at the pool kiosk; you have to go inside the bar for almost everything.

En nuestra habitación había goteras y a pesar de comunicarlo no lo arreglaron. Hemos visto más goteras en diferentes zonas comunes del hotel .
Dentro del agua de la piscina había bastantes pelos que se te enrredaban en la piel.
Como es habitual en los buffets hay veces que usan determinados alimentos del día anterior para otra comida al día siguiente.
No tienen buffet de snack ni múltiples bebidas en el kiosko de la piscina, tienes que entrar dentro del bar para casi todo.
