Villa Mumare

Mumare is a charming Ibizan style house with a nice combination of old and new. It has a well-kept garden and lots of outdoor space. The ground floor offers an open plan living / dining room with lots of character that has access to the porch at the front of the house and the side terrace. The kitchen is well equipped and has access to the side terrace and pool. The ground floor which has two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed, share a bathroom with a bathtub. Next to these bedrooms there is a second living room that connects to a games room where there is a pool table and a bathroom with a shower. From the billiard room an internal staircase leads to the upper floor which has three bedrooms, each with two single beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. Two of these bedrooms have direct access to the shared roof terrace, which has two tables with chairs. On the ground floor near the pool there is an exterior bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
