They have a common swimming pool, with a water purification system by automatic sea salt dispensers, outdoors, open all year round and overlooking the sea. The villas are just five minutes "walking" from the beach and the commercial area of ​​Albir where the shops and restaurants are. Each villa has a total area of ​​235 m2 divided into four bedrooms (which can be made with a large bed double or two singles), two full bathrooms plus an additional toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with Siemens appliances (including washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, electric kettle and coffee maker), living room with terrace overlooking the sea and to the mountains, games room and fitness area with direct access to the garden. In addition, the villas have several terraces where you can contemplate the views or eat according to the season and time of day and with an English patio. It also has a beautiful common garden and its own area for each villa and car park within the enclosure. Cleaning on departure is included.
