6.8 Ana Travelled solo Booked on Amimir.com June 2022 Good Well maintained, old-fashioned hotel, comfortable bed, good soundproofing, great breakfast, good outdoor jacuzzi pool, great gym with panoramic views, opportunity to drink thermal water from the fountain and located in a beautiful park with old trees. A very beautiful and romantic setting!

Hotel bem conservado, de traça antiga, cama confortável, boa insonorização, ótimo pequeno almoço, boa piscina jacuzzi exterior, ótimo ginásio com vista panorâmica, oportunidade de beber água termal da fonte e situado num parque de árvores antigas lindíssimo. Um cenário muito bonito e romântico!

I was sick and the hotel was not considerate and said that as it was a Sunday there was no way to change the dates of stay. Room 202 is too small for a couple! No 2 chairs by the window, small dark bathroom, no bidet and bathtub! Not a double room!! I feel undermined and disillusioned with the inflexibility and the room. The sofas in the breakfast room are very ugly/old. The indoor pool/hamam and sauna not being included in the stay is the first time this has happened! My grandparents stayed at this hotel many years ago and they loved it! For me it was a dream that ended in disappointment due to the treatment mentioned here that was not 5*.

Estava doente e o hotel não teve consideração e disse que por ser domingo não havia forma de alterar as datas da estadia. O quarto 202 é muito pequeno para um casal! Não tem 2 cadeiras a janela, casa de banho pequena escura, sem bidé e banheira! Não um quarto de casal!! Sinto me prejudicada e desiludida com a inflexibilidade e o quarto. Os sofás da sala de pequenos almoços estão muito feios/velhos. A piscina interior/hamam e sauna não estarem incluídas na estadia é a primeira vez que aconteceu! Os meus avós estiveram neste hotel há muitos anos e adoraram! Para mim era um sonho que acabou em desilusão devido ao tratamento aqui mencionado que não foi de 5*.
