Villa Pascolet

Beautiful villa with private pool in Inca, in the center of Mallorca, with capacity for 8 guests. This charming house on the ground floor and 220 m2 has 4 bedrooms, all with air conditioning. 2 of the bedrooms are equipped with two single beds, while the other two have a double bed each. There are 2 bathrooms with a bathtub. A warm atmosphere is felt in every room. Sit back and relax in the living room, where there is a comfortable sofa to enjoy a good read, surf the internet and watch TV. The dining area has air conditioning, in the same space, it has a large table to enjoy meals with family and friends. The independent kitchen has everything you need so that you can cook without problems: toaster, coffee maker, oven, vitro ceramic stove, cutlery, kitchen utensils and a fridge with freezer. Obviously there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is enough space to park 4 cars in front of the house, on the same accommodation, but only 2 can be covered. The exteriors of the house are wonderful: go outside to the terrace, have a barbecue, swim in the pool or simply relax in the huge garden. The 250 m2 terrace is furnished with a wooden table and chairs for 6 people. There are hammocks where you can sunbathe. The chlorine pool is private and measures 10 x 5 meters. The house has a neighbor although the properties are separate. The Inca area is in the center of the island, therefore it is very easy to get anywhere in a reasonable time. The area is basically rural and mostly inhabited by people from the island, so there is not much tourism and you can discover many things about Mallorca. Even so, you will find everything you need in Inca; supermarket, pharmacy, bank, sports area, bars and some restaurants.
