The apartments are loft-type, that is, the living room, the kitchen area and the bedroom are in the same room. The accommodation offers a cleaning every 3 nights.

The apartments have air conditioning and heating, free wi-fi, the sleeping area has a double bed and an extra bed. The living room has a sofa, television, table and chairs, towels and sheets. In the kitchen area you can find a ceramic hob, sink, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, kitchen utensils and kitchenware. The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower, hairdryer and amenities. In addition, you will also have a balcony with views to the outside.

On arrival, the first day when you arrive you will find breakfast for the following days. At breakfast you will have juice, coffee in capsules, milk, bagged pastries or pastries, toast and various jams. If you stay for more than 3 nights, they will replace it :-)

A few meters from the apartments you will find the Palacio del Conde Luna, declared a Historical Monument in 1931; today it hosts temporary exhibitions.
At 240 meters you will find La Casa Botines designed and built by Gaudí, today it is the largest Gaudí museum in the world.
