Steep motor access up to 300 m from the house, in winter up to 500 m. I go to the house. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 150 m, bakery 800 m, 25 minutes on foot from the center. Mountain railway, ski bus stop 250 m. Hiking trails from the chalet, which is surrounded by nature. In winter you can ski from the "Region Sunnegga" slope and go to the nearest bus stop in town. The taxi can be reached up to 300 m and you have to walk the last distance. 4-room wooden chalet 60 m2 on 2 levels on the ground floor. Simple and functional furnishings: living / dining room with dining area, TV and radio. Leave the balcony facing south and west. 1 room 9 m2, with sloping ceilings with 3 beds. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (160 cm). Open kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Bathroom, separate toilet. On the lower floor: 1 room. with 2 beds and shower / toilet.
