The Carrington House Hotel is ideally located on a tree-lined avenue in Bournemouth's East Cliff, just outside the city center but with easy access to all the activities this popular city has to offer. In a very pleasant 10-minute walk through the beautiful public gardens, you can reach the 11 km long golden sandy beaches for which Bournemouth is so famous. This impressive hotel with 145 rooms has its own car park with 100 spaces and is only five minutes from the main entrance to Bournemouth. It has a variety of facilities that offer something for everyone, including a heated indoor pool. All of our rooms are en suite and offer all the facilities you would expect from a room: color television with satellite channels, tray for making tea and coffee, hairdryer, trouser press, direct telephone, not to mention the famous Forestdale ducks in the bathroom. From the east (A35) follow the main road towards the city center through Christchurch and Boscombe. Shortly after the end of Boscombe it goes downhill and through the traffic lights (Knyveton Road on the right, but no right-hand bend). Follow the main road uphill and turn right onto Derby Road. At the roundabout, turn right onto Knyveton Road. The hotel is on the right-hand side after approx. 200 m. From the west and north (A31 and M27) follow the A338 to Bournemouth. Follow the main road to the first roundabout with ASDA on the left. Turn left at this roundabout. Go straight over the next roundabout and after 100 meters turn left onto Knyveton Road. Go straight over the next roundabout (intersection with Derby Road) and the hotel will be on the right after approximately 200 m.
