About the accommodation
The residence is located on the coast, just 50 m from the sea, in a quiet part of the west of the city of Hvar. The center of Hvar is about 1.5 km away. Due to its location, the villa is perfect for enjoying a quiet family holiday. It is a holiday residence, a newly built villa with lots of space, cable / satellite TV, individually adjustable air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen (with fridge, stove and tea and coffee making facilities), dining room and a large terrace. The villa is the ideal place to enjoy the beauty of this relaxed place and to escape everyday life, both individually and in good company of family or friends. There is car park for those arriving by car. It can accommodate 10 people and there are 4 bedrooms (2 doubles, 2 with twin beds), while the living room has rooms where 2 more people can sleep. The bathroom is standard. The hotel offers a private garden and an outdoor pool. The nearby beach consists of pebbles and stones.
