Apartments Gemelos 4 are located in a quiet area in the center of Levante, next to Avenida de Europa, the entrance to Benidorm, 500 m from the beach and a 5-minute walk from the center of Benidorm, from the night club area and the pubs and drinks area. There are supermarkets, restaurants and shops near the complex. The residential complex consists of 2 buildings, each with 24 floors, large common areas, 2 lifts per building, a solarium, a pool area for adults and children in the summer season, a tennis court (for an extra charge) and a free covered car park ((depending on availability), 24-hour surveillance with security cameras in public areas and concierge service. The apartments have 1 or 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen with hob, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, ironing board with iron and complete utensils, a large glazed terrace with a view of Levante Beach, plasma TV with national and international satellite channels and safe (for rent). All apartments have central air conditioning and heating, a safe (at an additional cost) and bed linen and towels that are changed weekly. The keys will be picked up at: Beninter, Calle Ibiza, 6, 03503, Benidorm. If you arrive outside reception opening hours, you must collect your keys at the Hotel Marina (C / Cuenca nº6 Tfno 96 585 37 62).
