Lin's Artiga House

Located in the Pleta de Baqueira, in an ideal location surrounded by a natural environment and close to all necessary services.

The house has bed linen, bath linen and table linen for all guests.

The house is distributed as follows:

- House for 6 people (100 m2 approx.) : It has a living - dining room with fireplace and television, a room with two single beds and a built-in bathroom, and the other two rooms with a bunk bed in each. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, oven and microwave. It also has a full bathroom.

IMPORTANT : the consumption of electricity and water corresponding to the period of stay will be paid separately.

The distribution of the rooms is different (2 rooms with two single beds and one with a bunk bed with 2 beds). It is important to note that for stays of more than 4 days in season, a cleaning service is included in the price. In addition, although the house is located in the Pleta de Baqueira urbanization (about a 10-minute walk to the ski lifts but uphill), there is a free bus service for residents in the Pleta de Baqueira urbanization with very good frequencies to the ski lifts. .

La casa no se corresponde con las fotos, es similar pero mejor. La distribución de las habitaciones es distinta (2 habitaciones con dos camas individuales y una con litera de 2 camas). Es importante destacar que para estancias de más de 4 días en temporada incluye servicio de limpieza en el precio. Además, aunque está situada la casa en la urbanización Pleta de Baqueira (unos 10 min andando a los remontes pero en cuesta), hay un servicio de bus gratuito para los residentes en la urbanización de la Pleta de Baqueira con frecuencias muy buenas a los remontes.

Electricity and gas corresponding to the stay are charged separately, and it seemed excessive to us (about €150 for a 7-day stay). There is also the option of ordering firewood from the company that manages the apartments for the fireplace, but it is considerably more expensive than in any establishment in the area.

La luz y el gas correspondientes a la estancia se cobran a parte, y nos ha parecido excesivo (unos 150€ para una estancia de 7 días). También hay opción de pedir leña a la empresa que gestiona los apartamentos para la chimenea, pero es bastante más cara que en cualquier establecimiento de la zona.
