About the accommodation

The Sky 3000 Apartments are located in the Andorran town of Pas de la Casa, a few meters from the access to the Grandvalira ski resort. The Andorran city and capital: Andorra la Vella, is just over 30 kms from the accommodation.

Studio 2/3: double sofa bed and bunk bed/single bed in the living room, kitchen open to the living room and bathroom.
Studio 2/4: double sofa bed and 2 bunk beds in the living room, kitchen open to the living room and bathroom.
Studio 3/5: sofa bed, 2 bunk beds/folding beds and bunk bed or single bed in the living room, kitchen open to the living room and bathroom.

Reception: from17:00h to 20:00h.

Surcharge in case of late check in:

- Key handovers until 20:00h free of charge.

- Key handover from 20:01h to 00h00 hours surcharge of 20€ payable directly on arrival. (Please advise at least 24 hours in advance).

- Key delivery from 00:01h01h to 02:00h surcharge of 35€ direct payment on arrival. (Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance).

- Key delivery after 02:01 am surcharge of one more full day.

Deposit deposit of 150 € per apartment or studio, in cash or credit card, which will authorize in writing the charge of any damage that is detected.

On the last day of your holiday, when you leave the apartments you must leave the kitchen and kitchenware clean and tidy, as well as deposit the waste in the relevant containers. In the event of non-compliance with these requirements, the accommodation may retain part of the deposit as a penalty.
