The 220m2 house with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms is perfect for 6 people. It has one bedroom with a double bed and the other two bedrooms with two single beds. The villa is flirtatious, practical and functional. It is an excellent option for those looking for relaxation. In the living room you can rest, read a good book lying on a sofa or watch satellite TV. It has WiFi connection. The kitchen has everything you need to cook during your holiday: coffee maker, gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer and much more. Of course, there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. In the yard there is room to park at least 3 outdoor cars. The exteriors are beautiful: go out and enjoy a small barbecue, swim in the pool, have a coffee in the garden, lie in the hammocks or just relax. The pool is private and measures 6 x 3 meters in the shape of a kidney. The house is about 20 km from the center of Palma, but if you prefer you can stroll through Santa Maria del Camí, just 800 meters from the villa, where you can find everything you need during your stay: supermarket, center. doctor, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, etc. Santa Maria is a town of about 6,500 very pleasant inhabitants, with bars and restaurants with terrace, ideal for a summer dinner that can accompany with a good wine from the vineyards of the same city. Every Sunday, from 8 am to 3 pm, the market is held at “Praça Nova”, where the city's population buys high quality products, fruits, vegetables, cheese, etc. . Just 20 minutes by car you will reach Playa de Palma, or, if you prefer, 30 minutes you can reach Puerto de Sóller, one of the most charming villages on the island.
