Enjoy a good breakfast or dinner on the 12 m2 terrace where you can admire fantastic views of the Ca'n Picafort sea. The balcony is equipped with table and chairs for 6 people. You can park on the street at no cost. The apartment measures 105 m2 and is ideal for couples with children or groups of friends over 28 years. Two of the bedrooms have two single beds and the other has a double bed. There are two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub. In the living room, with its modern sofas, you will have a good time enjoying your free time or reading a good book. There is no air conditioning in the accommodation, but we can provide fans on request (be sure to ask before). There is WiFi and satellite TV in the apartment. The independent kitchen has everything you need so you can cook comfortably: microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer and much more. Of course, there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is also a dining table with 6 chairs. The whole apartment is very modern and pets are not allowed. The location of the apartment is perfect because everything you need is accessible on foot: the beach, a multitude of restaurants, cafes, pharmacy, pharmacies, shops, supermarkets, bars, a taxi rank, a medical center and a bus stop. The bus runs every 15 minutes in the direction of the city of Alcúdia, Puerto de Pollença or other directions such as Palma. The beach is just 700 meters from the door of the apartment block; Just cross the road. This beach is perfect for young children as it does not have much depth or ripple. In Ca'n Picafort you will find several restaurants for any taste.
