Quiet zone. It's a shame that the metro entrance was closed, as it would have been very positive since it is close to it and the connections would be without having to walk long distances.
Zona tranquila. Lastima que la entrada de metro estuviera cerrada, pues hubiese sido muy positivo ya que está cerca de la misma y las conexiones serían sin tener que zapatear grandes distancias.
The issue of cleaning, although normal, can be done better and thus it would rise in the list.
