6.8 Lidia Travelled with friends Booked on Amimir.com October 2023 Good It is quite convenient that all the doors have a code. The main areas are nice. The interior room is quiet and, considering how small they are, they are very well used. I don't know what problem there was with the check-in, but they finally solved it for us over the phone, so it was quick and convenient.

Es bastante cómodo que todas las puertas sean con código. Las zonas comunes son bonitas. La habitación interior es silenciosa y para lo pequeñas que son están muy bien aprovechadas. No sé bien qué problema hubo con el check in pero finalmente nos lo solucionaron por teléfono, así fue rápido y cómodo.

The exterior room does not isolate the noise from the street and you could hear people partying until the early hours of the morning. The light from the main areas came in through the edges of the doors of the rooms, as these were permanently lit, and the emergency light bulb, which I understand is mandatory to put on, illuminated the whole room. But what I really noticed from my point of view was that at no time was there anyone at the reception, even though the signs said they were there from 8:00 to 20:00, and we had to call to solve the problem of the check in and we could not leave our bags on the day of the check out as they had told me by phone the day I called to get information prior to booking.

La habitación exterior no aísla los ruidos de la calle y se oía la gente de fiesta hasta las tantas de la madrugada. Por los filos de las puertas de las habitaciones entraba bastante la luz de las zonas comunes, pues éstas estaban fijas encendidas, y el bombillo de la luz de emergencia, que entiendo que es de obligatorio cumplimiento ponerla, iluminaba toda la habitación. Pero lo verdaderamente grabe desde mi punto de vista fue que en ningún momento hubo nadie en la recepción, a pesar de que las indicaciones ponían que estaban de 8:00 a 20:00, y tuvimos que llamar para solucionar el problemas del check in y no pudimos dejas las maletas el día del check out como me habían comentado por teléfono el día que llamé para informarme previo a la reserva.
