There is no cleaning service, which is not indicated at any time that it is not included. The first thing they tell you when you check in is that they are not Eurostars, although they do advertise themselves on their website... They do not have a 24-hour reception...
No tiene servicio de limpieza, lo cual no se indica en ningun momento que no esté incluido. Lo primero que te dicen al hacer el check in es que ellos no son Eurostars, aunque si se publicitan en su pagina... No tienen recepcion 24 hrs...
