Fantastic hotel, the food is superb with a massive choice to choose from for breakfast,luch and dinner , the staff are friendly and the entertainment is fantastic for kids and adults , the pools are great and the beach is literally across from the hotel
Unfortunately the sauna door was off its hinges so I couldn’t use the spa , Yulia , the young lady working in the spa wasn’t very helpful or friendly, the problem was addressed by the reception staff but by that time it was time to checkout

The exteriors are spectacular both day and night, the pools are beautiful, and my room was well-maintained, with no damage. Unlike some friends who were given a room that was falling apart, with a peeling wall.

At the breakfast buffet, the puff pastries tasted very stale. In the morning, the coffee/hot chocolate machines, if you used hot chocolate or Nesquik, tasted as bitter as coffee. Children under 5 weren't allowed in the mini-club, not even with an adult, and all they were doing was coloring. I think children 3 and up should be allowed in.
En el buffet del desayuno los dulces de hojaldre sabían a muy rancios. Por la mañana, las máquinas del café/chocolate si le das al chocolate a la taza o a un Nesquik, sabía amargo como el café.
En el miniclub no dejaban entrar a peques menores de 5 años, ni siquiera con un adulto, y lo único que estaban haciendo era colorear. Pienso que a partir de 3 años sí deberían poder entrar.

En la habitación las bañeras son altas y las personas mayores no pueden acceder bien solicité en recepción un taburete o algo para acceder pero no tenía, solo agarraderos que no sirven de mucho ya que la bañera entre la mampara de cristal y la distancia del otro extremo no sirve y que resbala, me comentó la muchacha que por higiene no se puede poner en el suelo nada. Y la piscina de adultos no tiene buen acceso para personas mayores si no tienes la habitación que da justo en la piscina desde ahí acceden directamente. El buffet normalito.

We loved the hotel, it's truly amazing. We went as a family with two children and we had a great time. The Water Slides were super cool, the resort was very pretty, with several pools, lots of umbrellas, the nighttime shows were wonderful... there was a circus, magic, Disney things, every night something different, the food was super delicious and varied, the waiters and staff were super friendly and the kids' club was great!! We will definitely come back!
