Four centuries of family exploration were worth it: stone toasts and endless vineyards renamed the term tranquility, especially if you look for it on the edge of the pool nestled in the middle of an olive grove. Here is one of Santa María's oldest farms, whose restoration was inspired by La Borgoña's wine complexes. Surrounded by vineyards and with the Serra de Tramuntana in the background, its decoration follows a rustic Mediterranean line, with the hallmarks of Balearic interior design: open spaces, bare stone walls alternated with whitewashed walls and beams, wood, mud floors ... And sober, resounding furniture, just where it has to be.
