The bathroom is renovated and in good condition. It has kitchenware and utensils. The heating works well. There is an elevator. Checking in and checking out online is very convenient.
El cuarto de baño esta reformado y en buenas condiciones. Tiene menaje y utensilios de cocina. La calefacción funciona bien. Hay ascensor. El checking y checkout muy cómodo hacerlo online.
The apartment is not one of those that appear in the photos, the sofa bed is quite shabby and uncomfortable. The apartment is very small and once you set up the sofa bed (2 people) there is no room to move, you have to set it up every night. There is a sofa bed (2 people) and a single bed (1 person) on a mezzanine, which they have placed too low and you bump into it all the time. The kitchen is the same, you bump your head all the time, it does not have an oven or toaster, which do appear in some photos. It did not have wifi, nor was it offered to us as an extra (in Andorra there is no roaming agreement and you pay extra if you use data)
El apartamento no es ninguno de los que aparecen en las fotos, el sofa cama es bastante cutre e incomodo. El apartamento es muy pequeño y una vez montas el sofá cama (2 plazas) no hay hueco para moverse, que que estar montándolo todas las noches. Hay un sofa cama (2pers) y una cama individual (1pers) en un altillo, que han colocado demasiado bajo y te chocas todo el rato. La cocina lo mismo, te chocas con la cabeza todo el rato, no tiene horno ni tostadora, que en algunas fotos si aparecen. No tenía wifi, ni nos lo ofrecieron como extra (en Andorra no hay acuerdo de roaming y pagas extra si usas datos)

Clean apartment.
Apartamento limpio.
It does not correspond to the photos, it is supposed to have a room with a double bed, and the apartment is a tiny cubicle with a mini bed with springs that stick into you and a sofa bed with a horrible mattress that is made into a "v" . You check in online, pay the deposit without seeing the apartment and they give you a key collection schedule. We had to wait in line for almost an hour, to be given the keys, and even so we had to wait for another worker to bring us the keys because the apartment was not ready. We hired a car park service, which was in another building, something that we were not informed about, and we also had problems because someone took our space and they were not able to solve it. His solution was for us to take the space from someone else, car park where there was room. Obviously we demanded a new square that was empty. You are supposed to be able to contract Wi-Fi service at the reception, but they told us that the owner of the building has the key and that they don't, that they were going to contact the owner to get the key (lie), we were there the whole stay no wifi. The attention of the staff leaves much to be desired, they are slow solving problems and they do not give you the solution, you have to ask for it. In short, they sell you something that is not, they deceive you, they waste your time on problems that are their fault and they do not do their part to solve it. I will not book with them again.
No corresponde con las fotos, se supone que tenía una habitación con una cama de matrimonio, y el apartamento es un cubículo enano con una mini cama de muelles que se te clavan y un sofá cama con un colchón horrible que está hecho una “v”.
Haces el check in online, pagas la fianza sin ver el apartamento y te dan un horario de recogida de llaves. Tuvimos que esperar una cola de casi una hora, para que nos dieran las llaves, y aún así tuvimos que esperar a que otro trabajador nos trajera las llaves porque no estaba listo el apartamento.
Contratamos servicio de parking, que estaba en otro edificio cosa que no se nos informó y además tuvimos problemas porque alguien nos quitó la plaza y no fueron capaces de solucionarlo. Su solución era que le quitásemos la plaza a otra persona, aparcando donde hubiera sitio. Obviamente exigimos una plaza nueva que estuviese vacía.
Se supone que podías contratar servicio de wifi en la recepción, pero nos dijeron que el dueño del edificio tiene la clave y que ellos no, que se iban a poner en contacto con el dueño para conseguir la clave (mentira), estuvimos toda la estancia sin wifi.
La atención del personal deja mucho que desear, son lentos resolviendo problemas y ellos no te dan la solución, se la tienes que pedir tú.
En resumen, te venden algo que no es, te engañan, te hacen perder el tiempo en problemas que son su culpa y no ponen de su parte en resolverlo.
No volveré a reservar con ellos.

Reservamos uno a pie de pista, nos lo cambiaron sin aviso ni descuento, es muy pequeño para tres personas, ya que no tiene ni una habitación ni una cama decente, habia un sofá cama reventado y un somier plegable que teníamos que montar y desmontar cada mañana ya que si lo dejábamos montado no teníamos suficiente espacio para pasar. Los colchones de hace 20 años La ducha sin apenas presion, ningun sitio para dejar el material de ski. No volvería nunca!

It is not adapted to families. Without elevator a 3 floor. No joke skis in the building, dirty blankets, they changed the entry code at night without warning, noisy building. Midget the apartment. For two people very fair, impossible family. Very unhappy with the deal.
No está adaptado a familias. Sin ascensor una 3 planta. Sin guasa esquís en el edificio, mantas sucias , cambiaron el código de entrada por la noche sin avisar, ruidoso edificio. Enano el apartamento. Para dos personas muy justo, imposible familia.
Muy descontenta con el trato.

There was no hair dryer, toaster, water heater, oven... fatal beds, and 9 floors with only one elevator that goes forever to all floors and is always crashing. we always had to go up and down on foot, and to lower the suitcases with the elevator we have waited 55 mins.
no habia secadorade pelo, tostadora, calentador para el agua, horno.. las camas fatal, y 9 plantas con solo un ascensor que para siempre a todas las plantas y va siempre petado. tuvimos que subir y bajar andando siempre, y para bajar las maletas con el ascensor hemos esperado 55 mins.

Very small apartments for the number of people offered. Uncomfortable sofa bed. No basic amenities like toilet paper or dish soap and rags.
