The hotel is located on the main street of a luxurious residential area near the Tofik Bakhramov multipurpose stadium and not far from the fairground which was named Heydar Aliyev. The city center is about 6 km from the hotel and the nearest train station is approximately 2 km away. This city hotel was renovated in 2009 and consists of 20 rooms. The premises are air-conditioned and have a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service.
