About the accommodation
The former "Rome Street Tavern" was first mentioned in 1421, later known as the Salzburg Romano Inn, we opened in July 2003 the completely new city hotel, "Via Roma". The hotel has been family owned for decades. Our hotel is located next to the old town of Nonntal, south of the fortress of Salzburg and the Abbey of Nonnberg and about 10 - 15 minutes walk from the historic center. Facing south, it has a large parking lot, free for residents, along with a private garden, through which the Hellbrunner stream flows. Our hotel offers a complete and exquisite buffet breakfast, outdoor terrace, elevator and a garden. A bus stop is two blocks from the hotel.
