The hotel is located in downtown Phoenix, Arizona. This smoke-free hotel is the only historic boutique establishment in the Phoenix area. The lobby's decoration preserves the hotel's historic past, with polished parquet floors, chandeliers and floor-to-ceiling mirrors. The air-conditioned hotel, built in 1927, offers a 24-hour check-out service, a hotel safe, lift access to the rooms, cafeteria, bar, pub, disco and restaurant.
