This beautiful and elegant villa of more than 550 m2 has the added advantage of being in an estate of more than 600 m2 with terraces, swimming pool, jacuzzi and garden. Located in the city of Barcelona 10 minutes from the Sagrada Familia. Accessing through the main door you will find the hall, the multipurpose room that occupies almost 200 m2 with a ping-pong table, a table football, a pool table, a game table, relaxation area, comfortable sofas, a television of 60 inches, ... Also on this floor, there are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite. Going up to the first floor, there are four other double bedrooms each with their own style. There are three full bathrooms, two of them en suite. Also on the first floor, you will find the dining room with capacity for 16 people and the spacious living room with comfortable white leather sofas. Right next to this living room you will find the kitchen perfectly equipped for your stay. From the kitchen you have direct access to the pool, Jacuzzi and garden. In addition to an outdoor dining area with table and chairs. On the second floor we find a double bedroom with bathroom en suite and a terrace of 160 m2. On the other side of the terrace is the tower room, which has access to the chill-out terrace and private bathroom. The silence schedule is every day from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. the pool area, a hairdryer, iron, ironing board and daily cleaning on business days in addition to kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery.
