The cleaning staff are really nice
Reception staff is really bad. If you call the staf from your room, they wont pick up the phone.
When I entered the hotel. I Waited 90minutes for my luggage, so I could not make use of the pool anymore on my first day. In addition, Water was coming from the fridge into my room and the TV did not work (netflix etc). When I complained about this manager Miguel wanted to "compensate" me with mostly exact same room. He said there was nothing available. But there was, because it was possible to book other rooms.
There was a volleybal tournament, starting every day on 10h. So I coule not rest. When I asked to sleep in the other side of the hotel, they wanted to downgrade my room instead of upgrading it to the Leiro suite.
The music of the poolclub on the roof was very loud. The rooms with sea view are exactly beneath the poolclub, so resting was impossible, which I was looking for in a resort.
