The service is excellent; the entire reception team is always willing to help and they solve any problem with a smile. The hotel is not very modern, but it is very well maintained. It is cozy and comfortable. The breakfast is a 10, and also has spectacular views.
La atención es excelente; todo el equipo de recepción, siempre está dispuesto a ayudar, y te solucionan cualquier cosa con una sonrisa. El hotel no es muy moderno, pero está muy bien cuidado. Es acogedor y cómodo. El desayuno es de 10, y además con unas vistas espectaculares.
The lunch/dinner buffet is a bit expensive for what it is. If you want to leave your car safe, they have a car park outside the hotel for €20.
El buffet de la comida / cena es un poco caro para lo que es. Si quieres dejar el coche resguardado, tienen un parking pero fuera del hotel, por 20€.

Terrible food, hotel for party-goers and chaos. Own nightclub without access to hotel guests and removing the cafeteria service so you can have a drink or whatever you fancy. You can't enter the nightclub without paying, but those in the nightclub who aren't from the hotel can enter the hotel to use the toilets or whatever. Thank goodness I didn't go with my little ones. Shameful, not to mention the broken glass and dirt at the hotel entrance.

Discoteca propia sin acceso a los del hotel y quitando el servicio de cafetería y poder tomar una copa o lo que te apetezca.Tu no puedes acceder a la discoteca sin pagar ,pero los de la discoteca que no son del hotel si pueden acceder al hotel para entrar a los servicios o a lo que sea.Menos mal que no fui con mis peques.De vergüenza y sin contar los cristales rotos y suciedad en la entrada del hotel.

We had to shower every day with water containing dirt. On three of the four days, neither the cistern nor the cold water worked, the temperature could not be regulated and only scalding hot water came out. We have not received any kind of compensation. In fact, the person from Esquiades who attended to us told us that this problem only caused an impediment when it came to drinking tap water, since it was “suitable” water for showering.
Hemos tenido que ducharnos cada día con agua con tierra. De los cuatro días, tres no ha funcionado ni la cisterna ni el agua fría, no se podía regular la temperatura y solo salía agua ardiendo. No hemos tenido ningún tipo de compensación. Es más, la persona de Esquiades que nos atendió nos comunicó que este problema sólo ocasionaba impedimento a la hora de beber agua del grifo, pues para ducharse resultaba ser agua “apta”.
