The staff is very friendly and attentive, both at reception, in the restaurant and in cleaning.
El personal es muy amable y atento tanto en recepción, como en el restaurante y el de limpieza.
The worst thing is the bus service to the slopes. Only two hours in the morning and two in the afternoon and only one bus per hotel. Also, on the days we were staying, a minibus broke down and there were 2 for 3 hotels. Clearly insufficient. They should also update the ski locker and put in some system to have it heated so you can leave your boots there.
Lo peor es el servicio de bus a las pistas. Solo dos horas por la mañana y dos por la tarde y solo un bus por hotel. Además en los días de nuestra estancia se rompió un minibús y había 2 para 3 hoteles. Claramente insuficiente.
También debería actualizar el guarda esquís y poner algún sistema para tenerlo calefactado y poder dejar ahí las botas

Very good facilities, large spaces and the transfer service to the ski slopes works like a charm.
