We were going to go with 3 people with Half Board, but 1 week before I announced that only 2 of us would go. I thought that at least they would return the part corresponding to the Half Board, since the room was going to be the same. But my surprise was huge when they told me that making the change would mean paying an additional fee because the rates had increased. On the part of Esquiades the attention was the same, a m. I thought about filing a complaint with the consumer office, but it's not worth it for the value it is. However, reading it is a good way for them to think about how they do things.
Ibamos a ir 3 personas en media pensión, pero 1 semana antes comunique que solo iriamos 2. Pensé que al menos devolverian la parte correspondiente a la media pensión, ya que la habitación iba a ser la misma.
Pero mi sorpresa fue mayuscula cuando me dijeron que hacer el cambio supondría pagar un adicional poruqe las tarifas habián subido. Por parte de Esquiades la atención fue la misma, una m. Pensé en poner una queja en la oficina de consumo, pero no merece la pena por el valor que es.
Sin embargo que lo lean es una buena manera de que piensen en como hacen las cosas.

The hotel is very comfortable, the rooms are spacious and there are many main areas.
El hotel es muy cómodo, las habitaciones amplias y muchas zonas comunes
Improve transportation to the slopes and to go up to Anayet. The hotel is comfortable, but needs renovation, I still recommend it
Mejorar el transporte a pistas y que suban a Anayet.
