This residence, located in a very exclusive area of Cannes, is about three kilometres from the city center, which offers a variety of boutiques, shops, cafes, bars and the marina. You can reach the beach on foot, as it is only one kilometre away. The Cannes station is located four kilometres away and the Nice airport about 35 kilometres away. The complex consists of several buildings with one or two floors spread over a garden of Mediterranean vegetation, totaling 433 homes. At guests' disposal there is an entrance hall with four elevators, a safe, a reception area, a small supermarket and an automatic laundry. It also has a bar and a restaurant. Guests can park their car in the parking lot or in the hotel garage (extra charge).
