If you are looking for a quiet place to rest a few steps from the bustle of Sitges, Play ground Hous is your home. This 3-storey house, recently renovated, offers 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet, 1 fully equipped kitchen, a barbecue area, a chill out area and a children's play area. Two large rooms each independent, creating two totally different and welcoming environments provide privacy if there are children. On the main floor are the courtesy toilet, kitchen and a first dining room for winter with access to spaces and corners very well distributed. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with bunk beds as well as a full bathroom. There is also the suite with private bathroom, consisting of double bed, TV and air conditioning. On the ground floor with direct access to the garden we have the second living room with television and space for the fourth room with a sofa bed. The whole house has mosquito nets installed for the well-being of guests as well as electric shutters. An area has been carefully enabled with a dining table suitable for 8 people outdoors, with barbecue and summer dining room and has a fridge and freezer next door for summer enjoyment. The house has wifi, has been furnished with great pleasure and offers all the comforts for a very pleasant stay. It offers bicycles for the walks of its tenants, is located a few meters from the beach on foot or with bicycles but in a very quiet area of Sitges. It offers all the enjoyment of the people being very close knowing how to keep the calm and privacy sought during a stay with friends or family. Strongly recommended for families and / or couples of friends.
