About the accommodation

Fervenza Casa Grande & Restaurant is an old Galician farmhouse founded in the S. XVII, former miller's house. The Casa Grande, located at the foot of the Miño River and a large Galician native forest, was awarded in 2007 with the National Forest of the Year Award for the defense and conservation of the majestic forest that surrounds it. The old 'palleira' now houses the Fervenza restaurant, where you can taste our renovated Galician cuisine, accompanied by a select menu of signature Galician wines. In the old oven that the 'muiñeiro' used to cook the bread we cooked specialties such as the authentic Vilalba capon, the lamb and the "Celtic porco"; An innovative fusion of modern low-temperature cooking and the ancestral good work of the old wood-fired oven (on request, in a wood-fired oven; daily, in a professional oven).
