1.9 More Travelled with couple Booked on Buscounchollo.com July 2024 Basic Diseño de habitaciones Una estrella es mi puntuación porque no se le puede poner menos. Un estrella es la que debería tener el hotel, no cuatro. Ruidos constantemente, es imposible descansar. Dificulta más aún el descanso el hecho de que la mayoría de los clientes son alumnos de institutos (en mi estancia de 7 días pasaron 3 institutos). Se llamó a seguridad pero tampoco evitaron mucho el ruido. El tercer día me llaman la atención porque un huésped se queja de la “música fuerte” siendo las 11:20 am, musica que NO estaba fuerte (de hecho la trabajadora que subió a avisarnos nos comentó que NO consideraba que estuviese fuerte y que no eran horas de dormir, pero que ese huésped era muy exigente). Para más exigencias, la limpieza ha sido nula. Polvo constantemente en las mesitas de noche, el escritorio; suelo sin barrer; sábanas que no se cambian. Nos quejamos de que una de las mesitas de noche estaba manchada y no la habían limpiado, al día siguiente seguía sin estar limpia (habiendo insistido en recepción para que limpien) Olor a atasco en la recepción. El desayuno muy poco variado y sin más. Recepcionista y seguridad fumando fuera con las clientas jovencitas… mientras la recepción está vacía (cuando el resto de alumnos está dentro haciendo ruido siendo más de las 12pm). Será por eso que hay tanto ruido y, además, será por ello también que hay chicos corriendo por los pasillos, asomándose por las ventanas, saludando y escondiéndose. La habitación MUY poco luminosa por no decir NADA. Debes optar por abrir las cortinas y no tener nada de intimidad (de ahí que niños se asomen y molesten) pero sí algo de luz (no natural obviamente) o cerrar las cortinas y que parezca de noche. Que importante es elegir un buen hotel!!! Muy muy muy descontento, al salir ni si quiera se han preocupado por cómo hemos estado en nuestra estancia.
