This rural house is located in the Sierra de Tramuntana, between the cities Orient and Bunyola, and set in a magnificent valley. The establishment occupies 1 km², with more than 7 km of mountain roads. It is 20 km from Palma, with its beach, and 15 km from Sóller. There are public transport stops about 4.5 km away and the train station is located. This former estate of the 14th century has been recently restored, retaining its traditional character, arches, vaulted ceilings and oil press.
