All villas are less than 2 km from supermarkets, restaurants and beaches in 2 areas: Binibeca and Punta Prima. The property is just 12 km from Menorca Airport. The accommodation consists of a group of 9 individual villas, some of which have 2 floors, and all have their own swimming pool with garden. All of them are individual and have different furniture. The villas have 1 or 2 bedrooms with double bed or 2 single beds, individually controlled air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, a living room with satellite TV (limited channels) and DVD player, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, cooker, Microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. They are close to the white sand beaches of the south of the island. Binibeca is less than 2 km away and there are several companies specialized in diving.
