About the accommodation
The hotel is very well located in Puerto Rico, near the city's business and commercial center and a taxi rank. In addition, it is only 900 meters from the beach and Las Palmas International Airport is 40 km away. It was renovated in 2006, is ideal for families and has a total of 30 apartments spread over 2 floors. The complex offers a quiet and familiar atmosphere and has a friendly and collaborative staff. It has enough equipment to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable. In the pool we have a solarium with sun beds and parasols surrounded by a garden. Each apartment has: terrace or balcony, living room - kitchen with breakfast bar, bathroom, bedroom with two single beds and all with large views of the garden pool. In the living room we have a sofa bed and TV, in the kitchen: ceramic hob, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, water heater and its utensils; in the bedroom: two single beds and wardrobe. The complex has a swimming pool and guests can relax on the large terrace where sun loungers and parasols are offered. For an additional fee, guests can practice water sports such as water skiing, motor sailing, windsurfing and catamaran sailing. Golf fans will find the nearest golf course 10 minutes away by car. In addition, sun loungers and parasols are also offered free of charge on the beach. From the airport you can reach the hotel by bus, car or taxi.
