The facilities are very neglected and run-down. We've been to this hotel several times, and this last stay was the worst. The first room they gave us had dead flies in the bathtub and flies all over the room. The plaster above the bathroom mirror was about to fall off. A pipe burst in another room, and water was flooding our room. They moved us to rooms with terraces, which were better in every way, but the walls were dirty. The parquet flooring was peeling, and the bathroom door was damaged by damp. Honestly, unless they invest in renovations, even though the price is the most competitive, it's not worth it.
Las instalaciones muy dejadas y deterioradas. Hemos ido varias veces a este hotel y como esta última nunca. Primera habitación que nos dieron, había moscas muertas en la bañera, y moscas en la habitación. Encima del espejo del lavabo a punto de caerse el yeso. Se rebentó una cañería de una habitacion y llegaba el agua a nuestra habitación. Nos cambiaton a las habitaciones que tienen terraza, mejores en todo, pero las paredes sucias. El parqué separado, la puerta del aseo deteriorada por la humedad. La verdad es que sino invierten en hacerle unas reformas, aunque el precio és el más competitivo, no te sale a cuenta.

It's absolutely not worth paying €5 for the jacuzzi. The hotel in general isn't bad, but the pool and spa area is a complete disaster. It's severely lacking in maintenance and cleaning. The saunas don't work, and since there's no access control, it's full of people who probably didn't even pay. Children are constantly jumping into the pool, and the jacuzzi, which is the only thing worthwhile, is packed and impossible to get into. It detracts from the quality of the rest of the services. They also made us buy a swim cap, which made no sense since the showers weren't working and all sorts of things were floating in the pool.
No vale para nada la pena pagar 5€ por el jacuzzi. El hotel en general no está mal pero la zona de piscina y spa es literalmente un horror. Le falta mucho mantenimiento y limpieza. Los saunas no funcionan y como no hay control de ingreso está lleno de gente que seguramente no siquiera pagó, niños tirándose continuamente en la piscina y el jacuzzi que es lo único que valdría la pena está repleto e imposible ingresar. Le baja la calidad al resto de los servicios. Además nos hicieron comprar un gorro para ir, sin ningún sentido ya que las duchas no funcionaban y en la piscina flotaba toda clase de cosas.

We stayed in a superior room with a terrace, and while the room was clean and everything was functional, some things were in poor condition. For example, the parquet floor was warped from a water leak. The spa and gym also needed some maintenance. Overall, I can't say it was a bad experience, but with a few improvements to these aspects, the hotel would be considerably better, though it probably wouldn't be this price.
Hace falta bastante mantenimiento, tanto en habitaciones como en estancias, da la sensación de un poco dejado. Nos alojamos en una habitación superior de las que tienen terraza y en la habitación aunque estaba limpia, y todo era funcional, había cosas en mal estado, el suelo por ejemplo, el parquet estaba bufado por alguna fuga de agua. En el spa también encontramos que faltaba un poco de mantenimiento al igual que en el gimnasio. En general no puedo decir que haya sido una mala experiencia pero a poco que se mejorará estos aspectos el hotel mejoraría considerablemente, pero entonces posiblemente tampoco tendría este precio.
