This apartment complex is located in a quiet environment surrounded by nature, near the city center. There is a bus and taxi rank just 200 meters away. The beach is only about 250 m away. The apartments, renovated in 2001, are spacious and quiet with a family and friendly atmosphere. The complex has a total of 117 seats, with 39 apartments spread over 7 floors. At the client's disposal there is a reception (open 24 hours), a safe, and two elevators. It also has a cafeteria.
