About the accommodation

This new apartment building is located right at the corner of Metzer Strasse and Strassburger Strasse, in Prenzlauer Berg, the most modern district of Berlin today. The area around the water tower and Kollwitzplatz square are perfect for strolling through the many narrow streets, with its small shops, boutiques and galleries. Next, guests can enjoy one of the many cafés and restaurants nearby. It is also easy to reach Alexanderplatz and the television tower, as well as the classic Berlin boulevard 'Unter den Linden', with the Museum Island and the Brandenburg Gate. The building as a whole was renovated with love and details such as French doors and original hardwood floors were fully recovered. The building has an elevator to the apartments, for the convenience of guests. Facilities include 24-hour check-out service and newsagent.
