The hotel is located in the town of Villaverde, in the municipality of La Oliva, 10 minutes from Cotillo, 10 minutes from the natural park of Corralejo with its fantastic beaches and dunes, 25 minutes from the capital Puerto del Rosario and 35 minutes From the airport. This is the first rural hotel in the north of Fuerteventura and the second on the island. It is an old majorera peasant house that belonged to the Calero Rugama family. The construction of volcanic stone and wood dates back to the beginning of the 19th century.
