It has a private chlorine pool of 6 x 3 m with a depth ranging from 1 to 1.5 m, a fully equipped terrace, and a barbecue. The house of 160 m2 distributed on two floors, has four bedrooms, three on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor, all equipped with two single beds, bathroom en suite, and air conditioning. There is availability for a cot and a high chair. The living room is very cozy, has a sofa, a small table, a table equipped with chairs, TV-Sat. and air conditioning. The kitchen, independent and vitro, has all the necessary utensils for cooking without any problem. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is gas central heating throughout the house. Can Picafort is a coastal and tourist center that belongs to Santa Margalida, where you will find a variety of bars, restaurants, shops, etc. During the high season, the bus runs every 15 minutes in the direction of the town of Alcúdia, Puerto de Pollença or other directions. There is 1 large supermarket just 1 km away. Take a walk along the Paseo Marítimo and sit down for coffee or homemade ice cream; Visit the port where you will find different types of boats. Boats leave from the port for the lighthouse of Formentor or Formentor beach. If you like sports, you can rent bicycles, windsurf or dive. In Can Picafort every Friday there is a market. Visit the old town of Alcúdia, just 10km away, with its cobbled streets worth a visit; its squares, the church and the walls that surround the city. Inside there are plenty of bars and restaurants to stop for a while and have a drink. Tuesdays and Sundays are market days in Alcúdia and the town is transformed into a bustling and lively place.
