Residential complex located in a beautiful and quiet natural area, just at the beginning of the
protected and spectacular Incles Valley being able to contemplate from the apartaments the fields,
forests, mountains and located next to the river, which runs down next to a track of the complex, being a
ideal environment for nature lovers and quiet areas. Less than one kilometre away
of the town of Soldeu, which offers innumerable services, shops, bars and restaurants.
Located 200 metres from the road and less than a kilometre from the town and ski lifts
in Soldeu.
The privileged location of this complex allows you to enjoy nature and practice
numerous outdoor activities. For example, skiing in winter, as it is located
less than one kilometre away from the access to the Grandvalira resort. During the summer, it offers the possibility to
perform numerous hiking routes, both on foot, by bicycle, and on horseback.
The apartments are warm and cozy, with wooden ceilings and walls.
They also have garden areas and common spaces, such as a TV room and
a games room.
CAPACITY:
The studios are 2/4 type and consist of beds (bunk beds or double bed) and a sofa
bed in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen and open to the living room and bathroom.
All the apartments have the same distribution, although with a greater or lesser number of
bedrooms: double bedroom(s) (with a bunk bed, two beds or a double bed), a dining room,
a fully equipped kitchen and are open to the living room and a bathroom with a bathtub. The capacities
available are:
- 2/4 apartment (one bedroom)
- Apartment 2/6 (two bedrooms)

Reception: From 5pm to 8pm.
If you arrive after 8pm, you will have to call the accommodation in advance to inform them of your estimated arrival time. You will find the contact details on your confirmation voucher.
• If you collect the keys before 11pm, there's no extra charge.
• If you collect the keys between 11.01pm and 1am, there's a surcharge of 20€ to be paid upon arrival.
• If you collect the keys from 1am, there's an extra charge of 35€ to be paid upon arrival.
There's a deposit of 150€ per apartment/studio to be paid in cash and the customer must sign a document to authorise that in case of damages, the cost will be deducted from the deposit.
On the last day of your trip, once you leave the apartment you will have to leave the kitchen and the furniture clean and tidy and also deposit the rubbish in the correct containers. If some of the cases are not carried out, the accommodation will be able to retain 50€ from the deposit as a penalty.
