Apartamentos Gemelos 4 is located in a quiet area, in the center of Levante Beach, next to the Avenida de Europa, the entrance to Benidorm, 500 meters from the beach, 5 minutes walk from the center of Benidorm , from the nightclub area and the pubs and drinks area. It has supermarkets, restaurants and shopping area near the complex. The Residential Complex consists of 2 buildings of 24 floors each, with large common areas, 2 elevators per building, with solarium, swimming pool area for adults and children in summer season, tennis court (with supplement), free covered garage ( depending on availability), 24-hour surveillance with security cameras in common areas and concierge service. The apartments have 1 or 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen with hob, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, ironing board with iron and complete utensils, a large glazed terrace overlooking Levante Beach, plasma TV with national and international satellite channels and a safe (for rent). All apartments have centralized air conditioning and heating, safe (with supplement), sheets and towels that are changed weekly. The keys are collected at: Beninter, Calle Ibiza, 6, 03503, Benidorm.
