The location is perfect to get to the slopes. All the staff is really friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet and dinner buffet were also quite nice and with variety. They have a small parking, so if you are going by car is definitely worth to place your car there, just reserve ahead of time to make sure you get a spot. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

Rooms are really small…

- Everyday room cleaning - done very well - food selection from the buffet - reasonable prices in the lobby bar - very kind staff - in all areas of the hotel

- Not all rooms are the same size in the hotel. Mine one was a little bit too small. - mine room was a street side room. Singing youngsters coming back from their parties, were doing a noise that could make you difficult to sleep :-)

-It's not far away from the slopes, most of the shops and restaurants. -The hotel staff was fairly pleasant, for the most part. Especially the cook, he is a trip, very friendly. -Good variety of the breakfast buffet and dinner.

-The rooms are really small. Walking a couple steps leads you to the bed. -They don't offer queen size beds, they only have twins, which isn't very couple friendly in my opinion. Besides, the quality of the mattress and pillows wasn't the best. I woke up a couple of days with a sore back and neck. -They don't attend you over the phone past certain hours... I wanted to notify them that we were having an issue with our rental car, and it was simply impossible to reach them. -On arrival, the room had a horrible smell. We notified the receptionist who did the best she could: provide us with an air freshener. She said they'd try to see if they could have us switch rooms the next day, because they were running full and had no other room available at the time, and would see if room service could do something about it. Never heard from the matter again during our stay, and despite the smell lessening, it never quite went away. -Aside from bathroom items, nothing was complimentary. No coffee or hot water provided in the lobby of the hotel. Despite getting half board, we had to pay for drinks separately during dinner time. I thought it would include at least one drink, I was wrong. -Speaking of, after they took note of the drinks, they always deferred to my boyfriend to sign the receipts, when the room was in my name... -And speaking of again, make sure to check the receipts before you pay what is owed at the end of the stay. Another guest had the audacity to charge their drinks to our room... Good thing I double checked before I left. (Not the staff's fault, although they didn't double check either...) -There was no isolation from noise, we could practically hear the conversations in the rooms next to ours, other guests slamming their doors etc... -Cleaning varied from day to day, meaning one day it was clean and tidy, and others, the bare minimum was done. Overall, I wish I could say that this place was fabulous, but to be honest, it wasn't. I don't know how the other hotels are in Pas or what they offer, this was my first time there. I was simply unimpressed for the most part, and believe there is room for improvement.

Temperature of rooms - unable to regulate well. Always had window open. Sound proofing between rooms and lack of soft door close.

4th time at the hotel and this year food was by far the best.

The fact that there was no facility to have a early breakfast on check out day. Other hotels offer a limited choice but at least a hot drink and continental breakfast.

2nd time in 3 months. Always good.

Que para habitación de 4 personas pagamos 616€ y el mismo dia había disponibilidad de habitación para 4 personas a 515€ . Realizamos reserva 1 mes antes que no no permitia cancelación

Estuvimos alojados en el hotel con el proposito de estar cerca de las pistas de ski. Espectacular, escasos 200 a los medios. ademas, no queriamos salir del hotel para cenar y contratamos el servicio de media pension. la calidad de la comida fue excelente. no soy muy amante de los buffets, pero como es solo para los huespedes del hotel y el mismo no es muy grande, el servicio y la calidad superaron mis expectativas. mucha variedad de ensaladas y entradas frias, siempre una opcion a la plancha de carne o pescado y muchos postres. lo mismo el desayuno. en cuanto a las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero alcanzan para los fines.

El hotel excelente en todo los aspectos.
