Sitio agradable con vistas impresionantes. Resalta sobre todo la amabilidad de todo el personal, sobre todo la chica de la Recepción (con ella tuvimos más trato).
Es difícil poner alguna pega al Alojamiento o al Personal ya que Calidad - Precio es más que Bueno, muy Bueno diría yo!!!
A sido un fin de semana muy agradable y quiero agradecer a través de vosotros a todo el personal del Establecimiento.

Good service, friendly staff even though we knew they were a bit "over their heads" due to the amount of people who went to the hostel when we first arrived to check in. Great value for money.

I loved the place. It is very attractive, familiar, it does not disappoint, which is what you are basically looking for. The staff is very friendly and it is very easy to get to.

Breakfast/dinner is not a buffet but it is not a problem either, as everything is very good. You have to bring towels from home. There are places closer to the slopes but it is not a negative aspect either since in 20/25 minutes from the Alberg Les Estades you reach the slopes of Port Ainé.

Friendly staff available. Plenty of car park. Stunning views, decent play area for the price. Below the hotel there is a pool, gym and paddle tennis court which is appreciated. Very close to the day shop to buy ski passes (5 min by car) and they give you the ski passes when you arrive, and the ski rental shops are also close by. Regarding the breakfast buffet, what there is is good and fresh but I have to mention the bread in the morning, 10/10. There is an area to store skis, etc.
Personal amable y a tu disposición. Parking de sobra. Vistas impresionantes, zona de juego decente acorde al precio. Debajo del hotel hay un complot de piscina gimnasio y pista de pádel que es de agradecer. Muy cerca de la tienda día para comprar (5 min en coche) y los forfaits de esquí te los dan ellos cuando llegas, estando cerca las tiendas de alquileres de esquí también. Respecto al buffet de desayuno, lo que hay está bueno y fresco pero tengo que hacer una mención al pan de la mañana, 10/10. Hay zona para guardar esquís, etc.
The rooms are too hot (thermostat problem in theory) the only downside is that you can't regulate it manually. The worst thing of all, THE CUSHIONS, the worst by far. There are some harder ones that are "decent" but the soft ones, you can't sleep on them, I really don't exaggerate when I say this. The bed is also quite hard but I guess that's a matter of taste. The food is very limited in the breakfast buffet, there is only cheese and one variety of sausage per day and the pastries are limited to 1 per person or two at most (apart from that there is juice coffee fruit, the usual). That said, if you don't arrive early... dinner is acceptable for the price (a bottle of wine is included per room + soft-drink which is appreciated) but since the menu is closed if you don't like it...
Demasiada calor en las habitaciones (problema del termostato en teoría) la pega que le doy es que no puedes regularlo manualmente. Lo peor de todo, LOS COJINES, lo peor con diferencia. Hay unos más duros que son “decentes” pero los blandos, no hay quién duerma con eso, de verdad no exagero cuando digo esto. La cama también es bastante dura pero supongo que eso va por gusto. La comida es muy limitada en buffet desayuno, solo hay queso y una variante de embutido por día y la bollería se limita a 1 por persona o dos como mucho ( a parte hay zumo café fruta, lo típico) . Eso si, si no llegas pronto… la cena por el precio aceptable (entra una botella de vino por habitación + gaseosa que es de agradecer) pero al ser cerrado el menú si no te gusta…

Unbeatable value for money, the hostel gave us a private triple room with private bathroom, clean and we had no noise problems. Friendly staff.
Relación Calidad Precio inmejorable, el albergue nos dio habitación triple privada con baño privado, limpio y no tuvimos problemas de ruido. Personal amable.
The mattresses were a bit hard, no towels were offered and we didn't take that into account and the food was quite scarce but good!
Los colchones algo duros, no ofrecía toallas y no lo teníamos en cuenta y la comida bastante escasa pero buena!

I've been there about 20 years ago and it hasn't let me down. Correct rooms and heating. Cleaning ok. There is no food to choose from but it is good. Good car park and 30/40min from Port Aine.
Ya estuve hace unos 20 y no me ha defradado. Habitaciones y calefaccion correcta. Limpieza ok. Comida no hay para elegir pero es buena. Buen parking y a 30/40min Port Aine.
