The rooms have a lot of damp smell. The shower water was not hot, we had to inform reception. The bathroom was very old and worn out. The beds were very uncomfortable and the bed bases were broken. The air conditioning was not cold and had a bad smell. The TV was very small and the remote control was very dirty and damaged. The breakfast was bad and they brought out the food in dribs and drabs. The toaster was faulty and could only be turned on to use it, so it took a while to make the toast.

El aire acondicionado no salía frío y con mal olor. La televisión muy pequeña y el mando de la tele muy sucio y estropeado. El desayuno malo y sacaban la comida a cuentagotas. El tostador ha pagado y solamente se podía encender para usarlo, por lo que se tardaba en hacer las tostadas.

Located in a perfect area to be able to whisper Óbidos, besides the car park is very easy to park (right at the door) the beach very close, 15 kilometres away is the Atlantic.
Ubicado en una zona perfecta para poder musitar Óbidos, aparte el aparcamiento es muy fácil de aparcar( en la misma puerta) la playa muy cerca, a 15 kilómetros está el atlántico.
The hotel does not deserve the 4 stars, at least in Spain they would not give it. Reception and staff are perfect but the rooms are a bit tight and with flaws for a 4-star rating. The TV has no DTT and only has Portuguese channels and is very small.
El hotel no se merece las 4 estrellas por lo menos en España no se la darían . Recepción y personal perfecto pero habitaciones un poco justas y con desperfectos para 4 estrellas. La TV sin TDT y solo portugués y muy pequeña.

The hotel is very well located and you can park for free. The staff is very friendly and polite, they speak Spanish. The breakfast is great.

The bar downstairs smelled a lot like tobacco. In the next room, they were smoking and that unpleasant smell of tobacco was coming in.

Breakfast is decent, and the staff is polite and helps you as much as they can.

The location of the accommodation is unbeatable, at the entrance of the Villa! The staff is very friendly and the facilities are very nice.

Smell of damp in the room and a certain lack of cleanliness (it was noticeable that the cleaning was not recent). They have air conditioning unit, without heat pump; so if it gets a bit cold and they don't have the heating on, it's a problem.

Hotel right next to the Castle. Nice and clean. It has some car park spaces reserved for customers but there is free car park nearby. There is a fridge in the room, coffee maker with complimentary welcome capsules.

Comfortable hotel, well located at the entrance to the old town. Very friendly and attentive staff. We missed having a pool.
