This apartment residence is located in Menton, in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region, in the department of the Maritime Alps, on the catwalk to Italy (3 km). It is 15 km from Monaco and 30 km from Nice. Menton, between the sea and the mountains, is a small coastal tourist town known for its pleasant microclimate, even in winter. It is an old medieval baroque town characterized by its extraordinary gardens, its markets, its casino and its avenues full of luxury hotels. In short, a place with a lot of life at all times of the year. The beach and shops are very close to the residence. This is a renovated residence with 4 floors. It has 80 rooms in total and has air conditioning, lobby, elevator and Internet connection (for an extra charge). Parking is also available where you can leave your car for a fee. Each apartment has its own bathroom, as well as a kitchen with 2 plates, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. They also have air conditioning, vacuum cleaner, TV and a small furnished loggia. From Paris: follow the A6 motorway to Lyon and follow the A7 to Marseille. Then take the A8 in the direction of Aix-en-Provence / Nice / Vintimille until the exit of Menton and follow the signs to the center (Center Ville). It goes down to Menton until you reach the railroad bridge. It crosses under the bridge and continues 100 m. Then turn left towards the Hôtel de Ville. The residence will be seen on the left, 100 m after the police station.
