This attractive old stone house is located in the captivating old town of Split, 100 m from the center. It is located in a central location near a large number of bars, restaurants, cafes, galleries and museums (50 m away). Public transport is also very accessible and the bus station is only 100 meters from the establishment. Moreover, being located on the coast, you can also walk to the promenade and the beach. Split's most popular beach is only 100 meters away, and it is more than easy to access the ferry, rail and bus terminals from the villa, as they are within walking distance. This aparthotel is located in a traditional Dalmatian stone house recently renovated and located in the old town of Split. It is divided into 3 fully equipped rooms, exquisitely decorated and with a maximum level endowments. The attractive and charming rooms come with a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer and offer a double bed, a sofa bed for 2 people, satellite TV and individually regulated air conditioning. On the sandy beach there are sun loungers and umbrellas.
